Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, rates quoted inc up to 6 persons.

CHILDREN: It is your responsibility to ensure an adult supervises children.
SMOKING: There is a strict no smoking policy inside the villa, ashtrays are provided for smoking outdoors.

ANIMALS: No pets are permitted inside the villa.

A deposit of $200 will secure your dates. The full balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Payment by personal cheque.

Cancellation policy;

 Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 60 days or more prior to your arrival. Cancellations after 60 day’s will 
only be refunded should the Villa be re-booked. (In both instances a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
